We use the most advanced KREILA hydraulic design software and CFX liquid computer design software to design and calculate the hydraulic mould. So the pump looks beautiful with long service life, high efficiency, reasonable structure, operated steady, easily maintained, assembled and occupied little area, and so on features. Advance design technology, precise tooling equipment, carefully processing and strictly quality controlment,make the features superior to other products.1 .Close structure.Newly design and special design method make the pump structure close, short distance between bearings, good rigidity of the rotor, reliable operation and low noise.2. Long serve life again worn out. Double suction impellers can automatically balance the axial power; symmetrical middle pump with high head adopts double turbine casing design to release axial power efficiently; the shaft with famous brand mechanical seal and bearing can delay the service life.3. Beautiful outlook. It is designed by UG, SOLIDWORKS software using modern design method; the parts are of universal characters;inner-washed seal without out wash pipe makes the outlook beautiful and reduces leakage points.4. Reliable sealing. Axial O type washer is adopted to release traditional shortcomings of split casing and make the seal reliable without leakage.5. Occupying little area. The suction and discharge of the pump have two structures which make the pipe assembly easy, occupying little area and reduce loss in pipe.6. Easy maintenance. The casing adopts structures with back door open, which makes inspection and maintenance easy; as for the pump motor of equal or above 75kW using special long coupling can replace bearing, mechanical seal and packing seal, etc. without disassembly the motor and pipe in maintenance.7. Wide use.
